Refund Policy


Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Clothing with signs of make-up or deodorant.
  • Any item not in its original condition
  • Any item damaged or missing parts unless it arrived in that fashion (in order to be eligible for a refund for broken or damaged merchandise that arrives that way from the manufacturer, you must send us a photo of the packaging that it came in, a photo of the broken or damaged product and the tracking number)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
If you are approved, then your credit will be processed for another purchase from our store.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at
